1. Passport Size Photographs – 2 copies

2. CNIC – 2 photocopies

3. Last Degree / Transcript – 2 photocopies

4. Poverty Certificate – Print the PDF shared with you and get it signed by the concerned authority

5. Original Educational Document – Matric DMC or FSc DMC
